Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Miss FM piece.
Every Miss FM garment is thoughtfully crafted in limited quantities. If your purchase isn't quite right, we're here to make the return process as simple as possible.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In its original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Returned in its original packaging
- Free from perfume, makeup, stains, pet hair, odors, or any other signs of wear
Items that do not meet these conditions may be returned to the customer or refused.
Refunds
Eligible full-price items may be returned for a refund to the original payment method.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of its approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Sale Items
Items purchased during promotions, with discount codes, or marked as Sale, Final Pieces, or No Restock are not eligible for refunds.
These items may be returned for store credit within 14 days, provided they meet our return eligibility requirements.
Store credit is issued as a digital Miss FM Gift Card and never expires.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different size or style, simply return your eligible item and place a new order once your refund or store credit has been processed.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@missfm.cowith your order number and photos of the issue.
We'll resolve the matter as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
Canada Orders
For eligible returns within the United States, Miss FM will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund or store credit once your return has been received and approved.
International Orders
Customers returning items from outside the United States are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Miss FM cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Where the issue is confirmed to be our error, we'll provide instructions and cover the return shipping costs where applicable.

- Full name
- Order number
- Email address used to place the order
- Reason for the return (optional)
