Order Processing

All orders are processed and fulfilled within 2 business days (48 business hours), excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier selected at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Please note that shipping delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or peak shipping periods.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. Miss FM is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

After an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we will gladly assist you in working with the carrier to locate your shipment.
